Badby Leys, Rugby

Nyfield undertook the redevelopment of a derelict plot of land in Rugby in 2019, to construct a bungalow and 2 semi-detached houses. The properties were sold on completion.
15-17 Don White Road

15-17 Don White Road

11,000sq.ft industrial development, that was pre-let to Double R Glass on a 10 year Lease. The development was completed in 2020. We structured the commercial terms with the Tenant, managed the planning process and building contractor to successfully deliver the project.

Montague House, Rugby

We completed this 16,000 sq.ft office development in 2014. The building was custom designed to meet the needs of Brethertons Solicitors as a pre-let agreement. The building maximised the thermal mass of the building to reduce the heating and cooling requirements. Nyfield continues to act as the managing agent.

Nyfield Business Park, Rugby

85,000sq.ft of industrial space that was completed in 2019. We used our in-house property team to lead the project through the planning process, construction and led with securing Tenants for the units. Our collaborative approach with the tenants enabled those Tenants to grow into the space they needed.
