The project comprises of a three storey concrete framed office building constructed to re-house local solicitors – Brethertons. The building was designed to reflect local architecture with polychromatic brick diamonds being used on the front facade.

Our property team worked closely with the Contractor and Brethertons to design the building to meet their needs. The Innovative High Thermal Mass of the structure was aimed to meeting their sustainability requirements alongside a contemporary and functional office space. We worked with Brethertons to ensure that the BMS system that monitored and controlled the M&E systems would deliver the results when in operation.
