Using both our in-house surveyors and maintenance team, we remodelled the living space to create a modern 3 bedroom dwelling , that has been relet and we continue to manage. This ongoing management of a property enables us to understand how effective our refurbishments are to ensure that they meet market expectations and allows us to continue to improve the quality of these properties.
